Queen of the Valley Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, and your donation is tax deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. Please keep your receipt as your official record. We'll email it to you upon successful completion of your donation.

Before your payment is processed, a comment box will appear. You can use this space to indicate where you'd like your gift to go if you prefer to support a different area than the default option. Simply write your preferred designation in the comment box and we’ll make sure your gift is directed accordingly.

When you enter your gift amount on the donation page, check the box labeled “Dedicate my donation.” After selecting it, a new field will appear where you can enter the name of the honoree.
